I am doing research on my family from Frederick, MD.
Surnames are as follows: Dailey,Daley,Daly,Turner,Holland,Heights(Hites,Hights),Makel,Whiten (Whiting,)Harris,Frazier,Johnson and Brooks.

I have a greatgrandfather, Isaac Cook, who was born in Frederick, MD and was married to a lady with the last name Frazier. Except she was born in Terre Haute, IN. Anything sound familiar?

No, these do not sound familiar. My great-great grandmothr Frazier may have been owned by the Fraziers.I have not found Cooks in the genealogy search.

Please give more specific information, such as the names of a married couple and approximately when they married. I have MYERS' Marriage Licenses of Fredk. co., MD, 1778 - 1840, but I don't see a combination of your names.

Their names are probably not in the Myers document because the were/are African American. Many are buried at the Laboring Sons Cemetery in Frederick,Md

New Market, Fredk. Co., MD: DAILY, Zacariah, 52; wf. Elizar, 56; ch. Benj. H., 17; Mary E., 16; Jane O., 14.

Frederick, Fredk. Co., MD: HARRIS, John, 51, wid., son Charles, 12.

Jefferson, Fredk. Co., MD, WHITEN, Mary, 59; sons Lewis, 20; Daniel, 12; Wm., 9; & Robert, 7.

Forgot to mention. William H. Daly(Dailey,Daley) was born out of wedlock to Eliza Daley and John Henry Holland.

Any connection to the Johnson line from Somerset Cty., Worcester & Wiscimco in md.?
