Does anyone know what the town of Deerwanden, which was near Biddeford, York CO., ME) is called today?

I believe it is Deerwander you are referring to? It could be the section which is now referred to as Fortunes Rocks?
A google map search for deerwander brings up a hit near Fortunes Rocks road in Biddeford.
Maybe someone local to that area can clarify.

Thanks Lisa. The old documents are hard to read, should have thought to look under various spellings.

I think I had heard of it before; or maybe in my travels in the area saw Deerwander something or other...
