Addie Hubbard Black, 95, of Franklin, OH formerly of Wilton, KY, passed away April 25, 1998, at Barbara Parke Care Center in Middletown, OH. She was born on December 15, 1902, in Laurel County, KY the daughter of Sam and Sarah (Cottongim) Hubbard. Mrs. Black was the widow of John D. Black and a member of the Chapel Grove Baptist Church of Wilton, KY. Among her survivors are five daughters, Jean Black, and her husband, Bill, of Corbin, KY, Cecile Kohr, and her husband, Bill, and Lillian Ridener, and her husband, Virgil, all of Franklin, OH, Virginia Reeves of Hamilton, OH and Betty Roberts of Novi, MI; two sisters, Dorothy Fore of Wilton, KY and Alta Bowden of West Carrollton, OH; 13 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren; and seven great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, John D. Black on February 15, 1971; and a son, Milbourn Black. Funeral services are set for 2 p.m. Tuesday at the Corbin Funeral Home Chapel in Corbin, KY with the Rev. Alan Evans officiating. Burial will be in Liberty Cemetery in Knox County, KY. Mrs. Black's grandsons will be pallbearers. Visitation will be after 6 p.m. today at the Corbin Funeral Home. Corbin, KY
