My Father, William Henry Moorhead was born in Butler County, Mo and they moved to Neodesha when he was very young. I contacted W.A. Rankin Memorial Library, 502 Indiana St, Neodesha, Kansas 66757, Barbara Shoop, Director - and she located an obit for my Grandfather, Charles Louis Moorhead. Also, she sent me a a copy of a 1922 city Directory with my Grandfathers name. There is also a lising for a J. L. Moorhead, Georgia A, physician and surgeon, 709 Main St. Sounds like this is someone you are looking for. The Library has a web site, but I don't have it handy. Good Luck
