I am trying to find any information on Louella Norton who was from or at least lived in Boulanger or Elgin, Kansas in 1962. Louella attended school at Herd School in Herd, Oklahoma and was in the 4th grade when I knew her. I was in the 1st grade. Her grandmother, Mrs. Boulanger, taught music at the school. Louella's teacher was Mrs. Winifred Labadie. I have always remembered Louella because I owe her a very big apology for something that happened that year, the only year she attended Herd.
