I hope some of the LANE researchers are still posting to this board or to the List.

I descend from the brother of John Lane b. 1804 (Bible) or 1805 (Census) and wife Susannah. [John had 2 brothers and 1 sister for sure.] I have research up to living descendants of this John Lane [Shelby Twp., Ripley Co Indiana]. I know John's parents but I don't know Susannah's parents.

Apparently these posts started in 1998, right around the time I was off-line. I hope you are still around. If so, get my email by clicking on my name and give me a yell. Or, post back here and I will see it.
