Am looking for any newspaper articles concerning the death of Delos Monts, who owned his own gas station and was robbed and murdered. I don't know the exact date, but have March of 1970. He was married to Clara Hancock Monts and lived in Streator most of his life. Any help would sure be appreciated.

In the world war one draft card he was working for a farmer in DAviess county Indiana. In this 1917 draft card his motehr was partly dependent on him.

Obit for Jessie Smith of Des Plaines age 98 died may 2007 and one of the survivors is her brother Rev.Walter (Helma) MOnts.
