Seeking information on Jeffrey Wilson and eight children who were resident in Jones Co. per 1870 census - no mother. Intact freed family of this size was oddity - oldest child was 18 y/o and youngest 1 y/o in 1870. Wonder if family was slaves of Charles Wilson, Larkin Wilson or their descendents in Jones or nearby county, including Dr. Polly Stewart.
