A little more -
Margeret E Laird married Frank Nelson Hard. They were married between 1910-1917. They lived in Naugatuck. Frank owned a variety store which he had bought from his father and it was located at 156 Church St. in Naugatuck. They lived at 235 Maple St. in Naugatuck. It looks as if they didn't have any children. You can find them in the 1920 & 1930 census in Naugatuck. Frank died 11-12-1949 in Waterbury. Interesting that it shows he was never married. Both the WWI & WWII record shows he was along with the census records. I cannot find when Margaret died but she is still shown in the 1962 directory. I could not find a death record for her or for Frank.
Margaret is shown buying a lot on Walnut St. in 1923 from a Mary Donnelly

Thank you so much for all that information!
It is kind of you to have gone to all that trouble and it is very much appreciated.

That is interesting about Frank's apparent marital status at his death; I wonder what the story is there?
None of the offspring seem to have produced many - or even any - children which is disappointing too!

Many thanks again for filling in these blanks for me.
