Michael BUTLER was born 26 Dec 1844 in Westmorland County, New Brunswick, Canada, son of Michael and Mary Sarah (FILLMORE) BUTLER. He was in Lower Lake, Lake County, California in the 1870 census and he married Emma YATES there 23 Apr 1871. Emma was born in Missouri in 1851 and died in 1931. They are buried in Lower Lake Cemetery with family.
