Does anyone by chance have any information on J.A. Dicey Phillips Buttram and George Buttram? We know that Dicie's (we spell it Dicie, but some records show Dicey) Mother's married name was Ellen Phillips, but we don't know Ellen's maiden name nor Dicie's father's first name.
