Jackson and they had 3 children: James Kimbell Ruark, Franklin Ruark, Walter William Ruark - LDS (Family Search) has Franklin Nathaniel Ruark b. 8 Oct 1878 married Lucy Naves 2 Jan 1900 in Eureka springs, Carroll Cty, Arkansas lists father as William Columbia Ruark and mother as Cordelia E. Jackson We need proof of which is actually correct - I would think marriage records would be obtainable from Arkansas on both of these and prove one way or the other. Jean
