Good luck in your search. My grandfather was Ira/Ivie/Irie Lane(seen it spelled all ways) and was born around 1912. He was once married to Carrie Bean and had children in western carolina. We have heard that he may have went to Gastonia in mid fifties. I can not seem to locate him either. Karen deank@triad.rr.com
