Mindy, I realize this message is very old, but thought i would try anyhow. I too, am searching for info on Benjamin F. Cooper, b.abt 1797 in NC. He ended up in Daviess co., IN. I only show him having 8 children, hadn't found a Sterling, but that doesn't mean they are not connected. My line comes down thru his daughter Rosanna who married Jonas Smith in 1827 in Daviess co., IN. If you have any other info please let me know. Thanks Paula
