Have you determined which of Ezekiel's sons was the father of Ezekiel who married Elizabeth Grandon? The 1840 census for Tyler Co, (West) Virginia gives an age of 20 - 30 for Ezekiel. The 1820 census in Greene Co shows John Barnett with no sons the appropriate age, William Barnett has four sons - his will names four sons, but no Ezekiel - Mathew Barnett has two sons the correct age. I am researching children of the second marriage of Omar E. Barnett to Florence Rymer of Calhoun Co, West Virginia.
