Obituary January 11, 1923 FREDERICK SCHUMAN HAS PASSED AWAY Resident of County many years dies at home near Beebe Lake Frederick Schuman, for many years a resident of Wright County, died at his home near Beebe Lake on Friday, January 5. Mr Schuman was born in the province of Posen, Poland, October 25, 1850, and came to the United States in 1877. He was married in Cleveland, Ohio, April 28, 1878 to Miss Minnie Luke. Besides the widow, Mr Schuman is survived by four children, William F. and Max Schumann, Mrs. Henry Kurtz, and Mrs Gustave Frank and three brothers and sisters -- William of Delano, Henry of South Haven, Robert of Delano; Mrs Geroge Dorsch of Wayzeta and Mrs Alvina Forman of Hunronia, Illinois. Funeral services were held at the home and at St John's Lutheran Church Wednesday afternoon being conducted by Rev J N Schaefer. Burial was in Lakeview Cemetery.
